Integrated Marketing Manager – Selfcare

About this team The lululemon selfcare team is responsible for developing and scaling a new category for lululemon outside of its current business model. The team is comprised of a group of entrepreneurial leaders who will define & activate a new business category, including its brand position, product offering, channel development & operations, as well as driving sustainable profitable growth. A day in the life: Reporting to the VP, Selfcare Brand and Channel, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to bringing a new lululemon category to life across all channels. As this is a new business venture operating as a start-up, the team is small and agile. Responsibilities within this role will be wide-ranging and evolving. As a marketing leader for the team, you are the person to imagine and plan an integrated marketing strategy for selfcare across all of our channels including an emphasis on scaling with meaningful ROI and sustainability across digital platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Develop and execute an end to end integrated marketing campaign to launch and grow lululemon selfcare across all channels (on and off line). • Work cross functionally to create innovative ways to introduce a new category to our lululemon guests and beyond. • Accountable to drive key KPI’s, both for ecommerce and stores. • Work with wholesale partners to effectively leverage resources to maximize reach and performance in their channels. • Responsible for management of the budget to maximize results. • Responsible for creating strategies that manage push and pull marketing tactics. • Understand and evaluating market landscape, competitor activities and category opportunities. • Measure and report on all marketing efforts. • Work closely with the lululemon DM team to strategize and deliver success across channels. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field and 5 years’ experience in the marketing field in a similar position. • Consumer brand/product marketing experience at a cutting edge, influential brand, ideally in Beauty or Personal Care. • Proven experience developing and driving digital and offline initiatives from inception to execution. • Proven experience and track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy. • Proven experience planning and executing campaigns using key digital marketing channels: social, influnencers and CRM/email marketing • Data informed rather than data driven • Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business. • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual. • Experience using analytics and performance data to inform priorities and deliver results.
