Marketing Automation/Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Automation/Email Marketing Manager to design and build experiences that lead customers to engage more deeply with our business. This leadership role requires a confident and independent marketer who is driven by building campaigns that drive real business results.
Your role
  • You will develop, own, and improve B2B marketing programs that directly contribute to sales pipeline and company revenue
  • Take ownership of marketing automation and sales management tools (Salesforce and Pardot)
  • Develop conversion driven strategies to increase MQLs and convert users through the buying funnel
  • Make data-driven decisions around generating demand, improve results through continuous testing and refinement strategies
  • Strategize, implement and develop marketing automation campaigns
  • Work with Content team to ensure all content is conversion driven
  • Coordinate with Sales team to establish metrics around lead quality that can be translated into campaign intelligence
  • Monitor Competitor websites and marketing activities and gather intelligence on their operations
  • Experience developing scientifically driven hypothesis for testing
  • Work closely with Sales on defining campaigns, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Create and curate sales and marketing assets including product literature, release, promotions, demonstration and presentation materials, case studies, and editorial content
  • Consistently monitor the marketing activity of the team as well as  track and analyze the metrics
  • Ensure that we benchmark against the best businesses in the Enterprise SaaS space
  • Reporting on marketing activity and forecast
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and regular communication of results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
What you bring to the table

You don’t shy away from the large targets and are always looking for the extra 0.1% that will get you to what you need.
  • At least 3 Years strategizing marketing automation and email marketing efforts in a B2B setting
  • 5 years total marketing automation and email marketing experience with a proven track record of surpassing goals
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot and comfortable managing these tools
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and funnel
  • Tried and tested A/B testing strategies
  • You’re comfortable in a leadership role and are not afraid to jump in and make suggestions for improvements
  • You know how to keep a team on track and motivate and inspire your team to stay focused on their KPIs
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
  • You have mastered data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets, or equivalent
  • University degree in Marketing or related field is required
