Marketing Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

  • Clean lead lists from Marketing programs. Perform data uploads of these leads into Eloqua. Optimize this process and provide any enhancements as needed.
  • Perform database profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and help build processes to allow for marketing operations to run efficiently and smoothly
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data issues within the marketing database
  • Coordinate and deliver emails using marketing automation tool
  • Manage content on the Sierra Wireless website
  • Create landing pages and forms using our marketing automation tool
  • Provide exemplary service to internal customers (Marketing, Sales)
  • Create purchase order requests and manage invoices from vendors & suppliers
  • Support marketing operations projects, including implementation of new marketing tools
  • Document marketing processes
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math or Science
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing experience
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation technology and CRM systems
  • Strong focus on data quality and completeness
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and a focus on optimization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot charts/tables, Vlook-ups, etc…)
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to juggle many projects and meet simultaneous deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Driven to learn new systems and processes
