Marketing Coordinator

As an integral member of our Marketing team, you will contribute to the growth of new markets and promotion of the company as a major player in the marine construction industry.


The Marketing Coordinator’s role and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

– Assist with production and assembly of marketing materials (ex. Brochures, Flyers, prints, website, etc.)

– Coordinate assembly and production of proposals, presentations, and award submissions; write and/or edit content; design layout, graphics, resumes, etc.

– Coordinate photography/videography of current and completed projects

– Coordinate internal company announcements and newsletters

– Organize production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise

– Assist with organization of company events and conferences

– Assist in the company’s branding and media communications

– Manage and monitor the company’s social media profiles including LinkedIn, and establish additional social media channels as needed

– Identify and capitalize on key opportunities in the community to raise the profile of the brand

– Researching potential opportunities to build from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

– Contribute to promotion and collateral development from inception to production

– Administrative duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Marketing

– Post-secondary education in Sales or Marketing

– Strong computer skills (Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite)

– Experience working with an engineering or construction company is considered an asset

– Highly organized with the ability to multitask numerous activities

– Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license


– High personal, professional and ethical standards to produce high quality results

– Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team

– Sound prioritization/time-management skills

– Innovative, creative and challenges the status quo

– Superior written and oral communication skills

– Excellent attention to fine detail

– Self-starter that knows how to prioritize and works quickly
