The SBS Customer Marketing Team leads all the go-to-market (GTM) marketing and customer communications initiatives targeting the small business space across Canada. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

  • You will help support the GTM execution plan, for both above the line and below the line marketing campaigns including digital, email, and other direct marketing executions to drive awareness and growth of our Secure Business portfolio
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to launch campaigns and communicate offers to drive market growth/penetration in the premise security monitoring market while integrating this portfolio into the existing wireline/wireless business services
  • You will focus on and prioritize product intensity of the SBS customer base as an end goal in all that you do
  • You will also work closely with the channel performance team to drive channel engagement and sales activity
Here’s how
  • Support the planning & tactical execution of integrated GTM activity, marketing/digital campaigns, branding, and communications
  • Drive initiatives that deliver on a successful customer experience, but also grow key business activities that support customer migrations, acquisition, revenue, customer satisfaction & brand affinity
  • Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador
Qualifications

  • Experience working on copy, direct response, mass, social and digital activities
  • Strategic planning
Great-to-haves
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Cross-functional knowledge (e.g. BCX, Consumer, etc.)
  • Continuously improve both your skill set and our team’s processes to optimize GTM communication and execution
