A Little Bit About You:

  • You have 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, Growth or Product Marketing
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field

  • Experience in digital marketing or marketing agencies is highly desirable.

  • You are an exceptional communicator. You simplify the complex and make it easy to understand. You listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and drive groups toward common understanding.

  • You are a highly strategic, quick learner. It’s easy for you to grasp new concepts and dissect technical functionality into what it is, what it does and what it means to our customers.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and positively influence people across all teams.

  • You bias toward action and fast decision making.

  • You have a craving to be strongly data informed but avoid analysis paralysis.

  • You’re driven to have an impact. As part of a small team, you’re motivated knowing that your efforts will have a big splash.

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certification, Reforge or Strategyzer training are highly desirable.

  • Product launches and go-to-market — Develop launch briefs that enable teams by training on the launch business case, market problems, target buyers, buyer needs, positioning/messaging, competitive differentiators, use cases, and launch objectives. Work with leaders in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to develop launch plans, manage the execution, then measure, report on and celebrate results.
  • Marketing communications — Help draft supporting marketing communications materials as needed such as press releases, blog posts, presentations, webinars and community announcements

  • Customers, buyers, and the buying process — Be an expert on our customers, buyers and the buying process. Gather and analyze data from interviews, reports, and third party sources to create buyer personas, train internal teams on customers jobs, pains and gains, and factors in the buying process.

  • Market and competitive intelligence – Know our competition inside-and-out. Monitor our competitors’ messaging, releases, and strategies. Complete ongoing analysis, educate the company on their strengths, weaknesses and our key differentiators. Help identify and execute strategic opportunities to drive acquisition and growth.

  • Sales enablement – Create sales and partner enablement collateral including competitive assessments, strategic positioning, sales scripts, one pagers, training videos and webinars. Roll out training and monitor key KPIs to report on impact.

  • Opportunity Assessment – Identify growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research. Leverage data to build launch objectives and develop business cases to support product marketing recommendations.
