Senior Internal Communications Manager

As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will…

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders so that you hear about all of the latest and greatest news from our team members
  • Create knock-out plans for key internal campaigns utilizing your toolbox of communications tricks
  • Generate story and event ideas based on your knowledge of what works for a large, diverse employee population to inform, engage, and inspire
  • Support leaders by providing counsel and support for their communications objectives
  • Know how to get the best out of your team and your resources with a mentality of forever improving
  • Juggle many competing priorities and personalities at once
  • Be keen to continuously learn more, improve your skillset, and take advantage of opportunities to advance

The experience we need…

  • 8+ years of proven business experience in communications (your background could be a mix of internal, external or HR)
  • Stakeholder and team management experience
  • Social media and app savvy
  • A keen consumer with an understanding of how people shop and what retailers (traditional and e-commerce) are doing to entice new customers
  • A strong interest and knowledge in news/ current affairs and trends

Bonus points…

  • Experience in a company that has gone through significant growth or change
  • Experience of building an intranet and/or rolling out chat tools
  • Video and photo editing skills, basic graphic design
  • Previous experience in retail, consumer goods, and/or tech
  • BA in Business, Journalism, or Marketing
  • Fluent in oral and written French
