We are currently looking to bring on an enthusiastic team member onto our Marketing team in the Vancouver, British Columbia area in the role of Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist.

This is your chance to shape the future of the Internet of Things as part of the dynamic team of one of the IoT industry’s innovation leaders.
In this role, you will partner with our business unit marketing partners and other digital marketers to execute complex, integrated B2B marketing campaigns that influence buyers throughout their journey and deliver on business unit goals. You’re an expert at managing large and complex marketing programs to drive top of the funnel, middle of the funnel and bottom of the funnel marketing influence. You are obsessed with data – analyzing and assessing the efforts of pulling various marketing levers. Using data, you will ensure all digital programs are optimized and delivering ROI, whether it’s paid advertising, nurturing or content syndication, webinars, SEM or SEO. You’re also well-versed in analog campaign tactics, including events, direct mail and have worked with channel partners to execute campaigns. You will possess a balance of strategic thinking, creative passion and ambitious drive to ensure that goals are being hit. Words like “deliberate,” “detail-oriented,” “organized” and “creative” also describe you.
  • Campaigns Program Execution. Work with business unit marketing and other marketers to execute the right mix of tactics to meet objectives (growth, churn reduction, brand awareness, etc.). Includes lead generation, cross-sell, up-sell, etc. Manage a combination of digital (paid placements, including direct buys, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, PPC, webinars, email, direct mail, etc.), analog, channel/partner, account-based marketing approaches to deliver on organization objectives. The tactics and accountabilities related to campaign planning and execution expand as new opportunities and tools arise.
  • Paid & Programmatic Advertising Programs. These programs are key to our demand generation and brand positioning. Manage our external paid advertising vendor and work with them to optimize programs and prove success.
  • Report on campaign KPIs using analytics and ROI. Analyze campaign performance; communicate results and provide/implement improvement recommendations. Monitor acquisition activities relative to budget, key performance indicators and other benchmarks.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies
  •  5 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have spent 3 years in similar campaign management position for B2B tech organization
  • Proven success in creating and executing large, complex integrated B2B campaigns and juggling these activities for multiple internal or agency clients
  • Expertise with specific tactics to drive leads and brand metrics, including paid search, SEO and PPC, content syndication, paid media placements, webinar program management, etc.
  • Expertise with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to present ideas confidently and use facts and expertise to make recommendations
  • High attention to detail and the ability to effectively quality control test campaigns prior to launch
  • Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline driven roles
  • A love of data – extracting insights and using data to optimize activities
  • A long-term thinker capable of building for simplicity, scale, and repeatability
