‘What if?’ and‘What next?’ are two questions you’ll ask in this emerging senior executive leadership position. As Senior Vice President, Insights and Marketing, which brings together organization-wide data insights and marketing functions, you can expect all of the challenges and rewards of a senior executive leadership role with the satisfying feeling of giving back on a large scale.

Your mission will be to develop a fresh and buoyant marketing strategy that advances Vancity’s brand and community bonds by igniting your passion for data insights and marketing. You will bring agile, strategic thinking to segmenting the market, capitalizing on Omni-channel possibilities and creating informative metrics. Your passion for digital and social strategies is envied across the industries, as your peers constantly question how your organization consistently drives industry leading return on every marketing dollar.

You will partner with the Digital Solutions& Business Technology (DSBT) division to develop a Data Hub that will enable the organization to leverage insights in order to create and deliver value to members and capitalize on new business opportunities. At the same time, you will partner with the Member Experience& Community Engagement (MECE) division to develop a community engagement strategy that creates new opportunities for Vancity to campaign for change. Your role will need to exercise care and diligence in developing a risk management strategy for preserving and protecting the brand while refreshing it with new digital and social initiatives.

You have demonstrated success inside and outside traditional marketing with a proven track record for acquiring leads and retaining customers/members. With Vancity, you will lead a team of 120 employees into a new era of using insights and marketing to provide better values-based banking options to serve current and future Vancity members and communities.
